About the Author

Nana Kwabena Yeboah is the product of the Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School (PRESEC), Legon, and holds a First Class honours BA degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon, as well as an MBA in General Management from the University of Hull Business School in the United Kingdom, where he was a Department for International Development (DFID) Scholar. Kwabena is currently the General Manager of Human Resources and Administration for MRS Oil and Gas Co Ltd, part of the MRS Group, in Nigeria. Before then he was the Human Resource Manager of Shell Ghana Limited.

He served on the Executive Council of the Ghana Employers Association (GEA), representing Petroleum and Power interests for four years. He is a regular presenter at student career fairs and career development seminars, which gives him a deep insight into the issues that bother the minds of young graduates. He was a resource person on Recruitment and Selection on the 2006 edition of the Management Development Month on Citi 97.3 FM, a popular, business-oriented Accra based radio station.

Kwabena is married to Jessica and the couple is blessed with two children, Efua Nhyira and Nana Kwame Adom. The family lives in Ikoyi, Lagos in Nigeria.
